Get to know us!

Welcome to Daehwa, a social enterprise and the sister restaurant of The Boneless Kitchen. We love and support the idea of sustainability which is an essential endeavor. Our concept not only focuses on the food and drink but it’s also about DAEHWA’s team, principles, and the hundreds of decisions we make each day that will positively affect the world around us. We value the harmony in sustaining our quest of making quality, accessible food, while contributing to our community and the environment. We want to create a market for plant-based diet with environmentally beneficial ingredients and to make our restaurant and food a part of the climate solution.

We believe that the choices we make about what we eat, where it comes from and how it’s prepared have a direct and powerful impact on the health of individuals, communities and the environment. That’s why we take pride in crafting our Kimchi and sauces from scratch, ensuring you can enjoy your meal worry-free!

Our Kimchi and sauces are meat-free and alliums-free (without garlic, onion, shallot, leek, chives), allowing guests with specific dietary needs to enjoy our flavorful dishes with peace of mind.

Championing Diversity in Our Team!

At Daehwa, diversity is more than just a buzzword; it’s a fundamental value we hold dear. We are proud to prioritize building a diverse workforce that includes individuals with special needs. Our inclusive environment fosters a sense of belonging where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Please note that due to the unique strengths and challenges of our team members, service may occasionally be unhurried, and there might be instances where they are unable to provide immediate answers to your queries. We kindly ask for your understanding, patience, and empathy in such situations.

Together, we can create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Thank you for being a part of our journey toward inclusivity.

We invite you to join us on our journey towards a more sustainable, compassionate future. Visit us at 1 Fusionopolis Place #01-35 S138522 (one-North MRT Exit D) to experience the magic of Korean vegetarian cuisine.
